Born in New York City from German immigrants, Michael grew up in Buenos Aires/Argentina, and then came back to the U.S. for college.  He earned a degree in Economics from Clark University in Massachusetts and then worked in sales in France, Italy, Brazil, Miami and Telluride.  He has lived in Boulder since 2003 and loves all that this wonderful town and beautiful state have to offer.

Michael speaks 5 languages and dabbles in 3 others and he can easily translate the intricacies of a real estate transaction. Michael went the extra mile in helping me prepare my rental for sale. He not only contracted the painters (and supervised them when they got behind by sitting at the rental working on his laptop), people to remove junk, the landscapers, and cleaners and personally purchased new lighting for the house. His fluent Spanish was a huge asset in hiring workers. Once the house was cleaned and fixed up, Michael arranged for staging which further transformed the house. He did this quickly (all within about 3 weeks, during a time when workers were in high demand). He visited the house regularly to insure that it was in good shape and even got to know some of the neighbors. The house sold immediately with Michael negotiating a good price for me.
